Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. TO ENTER:

1. Click on any of the "send-to-a-friend" links in the Veryfine Celebration! email newsletter and follow the directions to send it to a friend or relative, anytime between October 17, 2002 and December 2, 2002. Earn one entry into the prize drawing for each valid email address submitted. Limit one prize per person or email address submitting a pass-along. Entering incorrect or invalid email information in the process will result in sweepstakes disqualification. All send-to-a-friend entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET, December 2, 2002 to be eligible for prize drawing.

2. Drawing: One Prize winner will be selected via random drawing conducted on or about December 6, 2002 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Promosis, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions in all matters relating to this sweepstake are final. Potential Prize winner will be notified and verified via the email address supplied during entry. Email verification and publicity release (including the use of the winner's name and/or likeness on the Veryfine Fruit2O website) must be returned and received within 8 days of the date mailed to potential winner, or winner may be disqualified. Winner's parent or legal guardian will be required to execute the above verification on behalf of the winner, if a minor in his/her state of residence. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

3. Prize: One (1) Prize: Five (5) cases of Fruit2O, flavors chosen at sponsor's discretion. Approximate retail value is $115. Prize may not be transferred or redeemed for cash. No prize substitutions, other than by sponsor as may be necessary due to unavailability. Any applicable taxes on the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States, 13 years of age or older. Not open to employees and their families (spouses, parents, children and siblings, and their spouses) of Veryfine Products, Inc., its affiliates, advertising and production agencies, and Promosis, Inc. Void where restricted or prohibited by law or regulation. All Federal, State, and local laws and regulations apply.

5. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor and its promotion partners and agencies are not responsible for typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries; or for computer, Internet, or electronic malfunction that may interfere with any participant's ability to enter the sweepstakes. The use of any automated system, script, or macro program to submit multiple entries online is prohibited, and should Sponsor in its sole discretion determine that such a program is being used, all entries received from that entrant will be void. Any participants determined by Sponsor to be cheating, interfering with the proper play or fairness of the sweepstakes, or attempting to circumvent the rules of the sweepstakes in any way will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves right to cancel or modify sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures of any kind compromise the integrity or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor and Independent Judging Organization in their sole joint discretion. Entrants agree that the Sponsor, its promotion partners, related companies, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the provisions of these Official Rules.

6. Winners List: For the name of the prize winner, send a postcard with your return address to: Veryfine Celebration! Fruit2O Winners List, P.O. Box 38 , Marblehead, MA 01945. Winners may also be featured in future Celebration! email newsletters. Any mail-in requests submitted by envelope will be deemed invalid, and destroyed without opening or acknowledging.
